Challenge

iPGS's main challenge was to monitor data from the company's departments simply and in synergy. Opening endless spreadsheets and compiling data every time a diagnosis or report was needed no longer made sense for the results the company was seeking. The client came to Vent saying: “I want to open my phone and see the whole company on one screen”

Solution

Vent offers DATA PROCESSING OUTSOURCING (DPO), a solution focused on outsourcing the entire information and data process within clients. A qualified team creates the data department inside the partner company, manages all data on an ongoing basis and also supports decision-making based on the information generated.

Results achieved

Since 2019, Vent has been building and managing the iPGS data department. The department was created, and today the company has a Business Intelligence system in place for extracting, organizing and analyzing data, sharing it among the responsible team and monitoring the entire process carried out by Vent. iPGS departments can manage data in real time through the dashboards developed. iPGS currently has more than 10 dashboards, more than 200 monitored indicators and more than 5 APIs developed. Since the start of the partnership, the client has achieved an increase of around 60% in revenue, a 25% increase in market share and growth of more than 60% in the number of active students.

Vent takes part in all internal committees at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, and also helped launch the proprietary software development project, largely because of the lack of integration in the legacy systems. Today, all of the company's key processes have APIs within the software or are in the process of being built.

A 60% increase in revenue, 25% in market share and 60% growth in the number of active students.
